Inishowen Credit Union Sponsorship Announcement
Inishowen Credit Union is excited to announce that we are looking to sponsor a local sporting team in the Inishowen area with a brand-new kit! As proud supporters of our community, we believe in the power of sports to bring people together and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
Introduction:
Thank you for your interest in applying for the sponsorship for your sporting team. This sponsorship is available to any under-18 sporting team within Inishowen. Please read the guidelines carefully and complete the application form below.
You will also need to do a video application to support your application.
The video should
- Briefly introduce your team.
- Explain why you need the sponsorship.
- How will it benefit your team.

Application Period:
Opens: 2nd October , 2024
Closes: 30th November, 2024
Winner Announcement: January 2025
1. Eligibility: Any sporting team under 18 in Inishowen can apply.
2. Sponsorship Amount: Cost of kit with logo on it, up to a maximum of €1,000.
3. Application Requirements: Teams must submit both a paper application and a video application.
4. Sponsorship: Teams who have previously received sponsorship are eligible to apply again.
5. Consent: We must have consent to share your video on our social media.
6. Logo Display: Our logo must be displayed prominently on the winner’s kit.
7. Photography: The team must allow us to take a photograph when collecting the cheque and another photo with the team wearing the new kit.
8. Ongoing Partnership: The team must be willing to invite representatives from Inishowen Credit Union to attend future team events if they are able, including any finals the team may be involved in.
9. Decisions Applications will be reviewed by members of the Marketing Committee to ensure they meet eligibility criteria, and the winning team will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator.
The decision of Inishowen Credit Union is final.
