Our 2024 AGM was held in person in the Inishowen Gateway, Buncrana and virtually via zoom on Monday 16th December at 7.30pm.
As part of our ESG commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, we have not mailed printed annual report booklets to our members this year.

Log into our member area on the website and complete the form. Please note, to register through the website you must have registered for your online banking PIN.

Registration is now closed for this years AGM
We encourage as many members as possible to join us for our AGM and details are set out below on how to register for attendance. Any members who would like to attend the AGM virtually are required to register. The virtual AGM will be hosted on the “Zoom Webinar” videoconferencing platform. (www.zoom.us).
There will be a bus leaving our Moville Office with a pick up at our Carndonagh Office. This is subject to demand and must be prebooked. Can all members attending in person please bring their passbook with them for verification.
Registration for attending online will close on Tuesday 10th December 2024 at 5pm. If necessary, we will contact you if we need to validate your membership details.
Please note that if attending via zoom in a household where more than one member wishes to attend, each member will need to attend the meeting on their own device using their own email address.
If you are attending via zoom, following registration, we will contact you by email with further details of how to participate in the AGM. Your AGM registration email will contain detailed instructions on joining the meeting and the protocols to be followed during the course of the meeting.
We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the “Zoom” platform in advance of participating in the AGM - download the application to your laptop, tablet, smartphone or other device you intend to use. www.zoom.us.
We encourage members to submit questions in advance of the meeting by emailing info@inishowencu.ie. Members who participate in the virtual AGM will also be able to submit questions during the meeting, via the “Q&A” function on the Zoom platform.
Members who participate in the online AGM will have the opportunity as usual to vote on key decisions about the running of the credit union, including the election of officers, and any resolutions. There will also be a draw on the night for all who attend either in person or virtually.
